PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The new 10,000m² facility will accommodate degree programmes and research in key areas such as data science, internet of things, and sports science and technology. Upon completion, Future-Tech will also serve as a beacon for collaboration with the local, regional and national economy.
PROJECT COMPLEXITIES
The initial challenge for the Design Team will be to develop a functional layout that brings the diverse requirements of the many End Users together in an effective manner. Site challenges revolve around the size of the site, its adjacency to a busy campus entrance and a functioning multi-storey car park.
