Kilkenny Riverside Gardens Opens to the Public
On 9th June 2021 the recently completed Kilkenny Riverside Gardens were opened to the public by Cathaoirleach of Kilkenny County Council, Mr. Andrew McGuinness and the Mayor of Kilkenny, Mr. John Coonan. Malone O’Regan are delighted to have been involved in the delivery of this new linear riverside garden, extending along the western bank of the River Nore from Bateman Quay to Greensbridge.

Dublin City University’s Future Tech Building has now gone to Tender Stage
We are pleased to announce that Dublin City University’s Future Tech Building has now gone to Tender Stage.
This new 10,000m2 facility will accommodate degree programmes and research in key areas such as data science, internet of things, and sports science and technology. Malone O’Regan are providing Civil and Structural Engineering services for this BIM Level 2 project.

Smartply Europe Ltd Renewal Project Phase 2 – External Dyer & Energy Plant
Works are continuing on the installation of a new Oriented Strand Board (OSB) Dryer, with an associated Heat Energy Plant, sized to provide heat energy for both strand drying and thermal oil heating at Smartply Europe, Belview. Malone O’Regan Consulting Engineers are providing Civil, Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services in addition to acting in the role of Cost Managers from feasibility to completion of the project.
