Mentoring for Professional Development Workshop In November Malone O’Regan took part in the Mentoring for Professional Development workshop delivered by Engineers Ireland Executive Coach Suzanne Flynn. The workshop was provided for mentors in Malone O’Regan and described the benefits of mentoring and covered topics such as adult learning theory and styles, effective mentoring, active listening and the Four O Mentoring Model. The workshop was delivered using Zoom and the use of breakout rooms enhanced the interaction and contribution by all involved and resulted in a very successful day. Malone O’Regan has a strong mentoring culture and the workshop will benefit the delivery of our graduate mentoring programme in 2021.
