Malone O’Regan are delighted to confirm that following a recent tender process we have been appointed by Waterford Institute of Technology to provide Mechanical & Electrical consulting services for minor works throughout the 2021/2022 academic year. This will be a continuation of the same service provided in previous years. Malone O’Regan have already commenced work on some projects including a boiler room upgrade, a heating upgrade in Building 77 and a review and assessment of the existing ventilation systems in the context of Covid-19 and the planned return to classroom learning for Third Level Institutions across the country in September 2021.
